It is when we have nothing to fear, we realize we have nothing to lose.

Day Two of Unemployment has treated me well. Submitted resumes all day yesterday and already have a call back for an interview today. So things are off to a great start.

Have spent the morning submitting more resumes, getting my dress ready for my interview and talked to “The Hiker.”

All in all, a great and positive day.

“The Hiker” let me know he will be down again soon, so have that to look forward to also.

Early last month, before “The Hiker” entered my life, I had plans to see “Mr. Greenjeans” when he was to come to my area for a Convention. The top of my list was to let him know I am not going to be able to make it. So that is cancelled off my list as well. Getting rid of the old vibes to welcome the new.

This was the last reminder of my past I needed to clear up, so I can now start fresh again.

Now it is gangbusters moving forward.

And since I have resigned from my job, my sleep the last five days have been peaceful, and I wake up invigorated and ready to conquer the world.

To network my worth to the world, I accepted an invitation to a Networking Event at The Palm with a former business associate as well for this Friday. This time off is not wasted and will grant me the opportunity to find something that is perfect for me.

Not sure if the job interview I have this afternoon is a job I will be crazy about, but am definitely not going to shut the door on any opportunity that arises.

And to top things off, Spring Training in Baseball is right around the corner. My favorite time of the year and know all of these things are a sign that everything is going to fine!
